What do we collect from each Social Media account?
- Twitter → Content collected by hashtags
- Facebook → Content from your Brand's Facebook Fan Page
- Instagram → We collect #hashtags, tagged content, @mentions, own-brand content, including your own brand account Instagram stories*
*Note:
IG Story Collection limitations- Due to Instagram's restrictions, we aren't capable of collecting Live Stories
- Stories are only available for 24 hours
- New stories created when a user reshares a story will not be returned - Platform → Manually upload more of your brand content into our Platform
*In order to use this feature, the campaign must be enabled and your social media accounts must be connected to the platform - Widget/Website → Invite customers to upload content from your website directly to our platform
