Conversion tracking allows our advanced analytics suite to report on how users are interacting with the widgets, which media is performing best, who your top evangelists are and the ROI you are getting from Photoslurp.
Shopify does not allow apps to directly manage the checkout scripts section of your store, so the following step needs to be performed manually.
1. To set it up, you’ll need the code block located in the Photoslurp app setup page. Go to the “Apps” section of your Shopify admin panel and then click on the “Photoslurp UGC Platform” app.
Note: Please be advised that this will take you to a page that is not within the Shopify admin dashboard.
The Widgets page will open. Click on the “Setup” button, paste the Campaign ID in the text “Photoslurp Album” text field and copy the block of code.
Note: The album ID is the Campaign ID value found in the Photoslurp dashboard.
Scroll down and click on the “Open settings” button, which will take you to the Checkout settings page.
2. Find the “Order status page” down the page and paste the tracking code in the “Additional scripts” field.
Continue scrolling down and click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to finish the installation process.
