On the 'Media' section from your Campaign you will find 2 segments designed to facilitate the content moderation process:
1. Moderation Filter
A horizontal filter is displayed with 4 possible actions ('Approve', 'Reject', 'Set Sticky', 'Reset'). It shows up when selecting an individual photo/video. This functionality is specially useful to restore the content status of one piece of content or to moderate multiple photos/videos at the same time
This Filter is only composed of The 'Action' drop-down

- Approve photos - approves all selected media
- Reject photos - rejects all selected media
- Set Sticky - sets Sticky on selected media
- Reset - resets the state of all selected media. This will bring them back into the 'Pending' tab
2. Search and Status Filters
A huge variety of vertical filters, located on the left side of your screen. They will allow you to locate specific types of content more easily and keep a record of the different content status ('Pending', 'Approved', 'Rejected')
This section is subdivided on 3 main functionalities:
-The 'Search field'
-Advanced Filtering
-The 'Order by' drop-down
-
The Search Field
In each of the campaigns configured in the management dashboard, on the left side of the tabs, we will see the field 'Filter':
This field allows filtering media by various criteria:
*Search list: The search list allows you to search for specific users or words that appear in the initial caption/comment of an Instagram post. To match entire phrases be sure to enclose them in double-quotes
- Name of the users - who posted the media if you want to search the images collected from a specific user, blogger, evangelist, etc
- Hashtag - in the event that your campaign is collecting images associated with several hashtags, you can filter those that are associated with a specific hashtag
- Assigned product - you can place the name of the product or the SKU and it will show you all the images that have been assigned to the filtered product
*Date Range: The date range filter allows you to filter the content by when it was collected
Clicking the 'Reset' button after filtering media allows returning to the original stage
We recommend doing the search from the 'All' tab where we can ensure that all images associated with the criterion, regardless of their status (approved, rejected, assigned) will be displayed in the result
